Refund policy
At Zeez Beez we take pride in every jar. If something isn't right, please contact us at within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or faulty products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will provide a full refund or replacement (your choice) at no cost to you. Please email photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange the return or replacement quickly.
Change of mind
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on food items (honey, creamed honey, hot honey, bee pollen) once they have been dispatched.
Non-food items (lip balms, gift boxes, hessian bags) may be returned unopened and unused within 30 days for a refund, less return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee applies.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no cost before dispatch. Once an order has been packed for shipping, a 20% admin and restocking fee applies.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if goods are faulty, damaged in transit, unsafe, or significantly different from what was described.
