Return and Refund Policy

Once your order is processed, we do not offer refunds for change 
of mind. Please carefully check your order before proceeding. 
Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellations and significant order changes
ALL cancellations, or significant changes to an order, made after 
full payment has been received — and/or after the order has been 
completed — will result in a 20% admin and restocking fee being 
retained by Zeez Beez.

If a special order has been completed by Zeez Beez in full, there 
will be NO refund. If an order has had significant adjustments or 
changes to the normal, that order can NOT be cancelled. If 
cancelled after agreement, the FULL amount will be payable. This 
especially applies to special orders where Zeez Beez has purchased 
additional materials to complete the order.

Non-arrival
Please take care to enter your address correctly in romanised 
English. If your parcel does not arrive due to insufficient or 
incorrect address information, we are not liable and will not be 
able to issue a refund or re-post your item.

Damage and courier handling
Whilst we take all reasonable measures to pack your item as well 
as we can, we cannot take responsibility for how the postal 
service or courier treats our products. There will be no refunds 
on damaged items, or on shipping costs, due to courier negligence.
