Shipping Policy
We ship Australia-wide and to most international destinations.
Within Australia
Local delivery (FREE)
For postcodes 6111 and 6112, we personally deliver locally — free
of charge. Please allow a few business days for delivery.
Metro Perth (postcodes 6000–6210)
Orders under $100 are charged at a flat $12.90 for delivery within
the Perth metro area.
Orders over $100 within metro Perth, all orders to regional WA,
and all interstate orders — shipping is calculated at checkout
based on weight and destination. You will see options from
multiple carriers (Australia Post, Sendle, etc.) and can choose
the option that suits you.
We do not ship to: Tasmania (due to honey import restrictions).
Processing and delivery time
Please allow 4–5 working days for us to pick and pack your order.
After that, please allow 1–4 weeks for delivery. Postal
timeframes are beyond our control.
International orders
International orders are welcome (except France, New Zealand and China, where honey import restrictions apply) — please email info@zeezbeez.com with your address and order details, and we'll send you a shipping quote within 24 hours.
Please check your local laws regarding the importation of honey
and bee products. If a parcel is held by customs, classified as
prohibited, or returned, the purchaser is responsible for any
associated fees. Once an order has left Australia, we have no
further control over its handling. A tracking number will be
provided.
Due to the high number of glass breakages on international
orders, all overseas orders will be sent in plastic jars unless
glass is specifically requested in the order notes.
Whilst we hope your order arrives in the same condition it left
in, we cannot be responsible for negligence on the part of
international couriers.
