Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed with Zeez Beez, 
operated by The Trustee for Madden Family Trust (ABN 97 233 634 722). 
By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read 
them carefully before purchasing.

1. Payment
All orders placed with Zeez Beez must be paid for in full before 
we commence your order.

2. Live bees, nucs, hives and queens
From time to time we may offer live bees, nucleus colonies (nucs), 
hives and queens for sale, by arrangement.

- All nucs, hives and queens are checked twice before pick up and 
  are deemed suitable for sale.
- All live bees once collected are no longer the responsibility 
  of Zeez Beez.

3. International orders
We ship to most international destinations. We do not currently 
ship to France, New Zealand or China.

If you place an order from an overseas location, we are not 
responsible once your order leaves Australian waters. You will be 
sent a tracking number and a link to follow it. If your order is 
held in customs (which we have no access to, as this is the 
purchaser's responsibility), you may need to deal with customs 
in your country directly.

Whilst we hope your order arrives in the same condition it left in, 
we cannot be responsible for negligence on behalf of international 
couriers.

4. Changes to these terms
Zeez Beez reserves the right to change these terms and conditions 
at any time.

5. Conduct
These terms and conditions are non negotiable. Abuse will not be 
tolerated and abusive customers will be blocked.
